Who else is on my flyer? Could a competitor be on it?

Never. Like-kind businesses are never placed on the same flyer — when you claim your slot, your category is locked. You’ll only ever share a flyer with non-competing local businesses.

How much does it cost?

Do I have to design my own ad?

Not at all. We design your ad for you, drawing on your website’s colors and logo so it looks like you — and we always get your approval before it prints. Prefer to supply your own? Upload a print-ready file in the sign-up (single ad slot is 2.92″ × 4″ at 300 DPI — full specs in the “Dimensions & upload tips” button).

Which homes get it? Can I pick the area?

You choose the neighborhood(s) you want to reach — as many as you like. We then select the precise EDDM carrier routes within those neighborhoods and rotate to fresh addresses regularly, so you keep reaching new households month over month.

When does my ad actually go out?

Community flyers are mailed in the first 7 days of each month. If we have your artwork ready 5 business days before the current month ends, you’ll be on next month’s flyer. The sign-up shows you the exact upcoming deadline.

How do I know it’s working?

After every mailing you receive the data showing exactly which addresses your ad reached — the actual routes, not an estimate. Add a QR code and we’ll also send you the lead and conversion data it generates. Ask us about pairing your flyer with Impulse, our print-to-digital attribution suite.

Can I cancel?

Yes — month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans lock in a year of mailings (and the lower per-door rate).
